Heritage Cards processes your personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data processed and purposes

• Contact form: name, email address, institution, type of venue and the content of your message. The form opens your email application: no data is stored on our website, it reaches us by email once you send it. It is used solely to reply to your request.
• Browsing data: IP address, device and pages viewed, collected for statistics and to improve the website (see section 5).
• Fonts: the website loads fonts from Google Fonts servers, which transmits your IP address to Google.

Recipients and transfers

Your data is neither sold nor passed on to third parties for commercial purposes. It may be processed by our technical providers (hosting provider, Google for analytics and fonts, Cloudflare). Some of these providers are located abroad, notably in the United States, with appropriate contractual safeguards.

Retention period

Messages received are kept for as long as necessary to handle your request and any resulting relationship, then deleted. Analytics data is kept according to the retention periods configured in Google Analytics.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, its correction or deletion, object to its processing or ask for it to be handed over, by writing to contact@heritage-cards.com. You may also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) (edoeb.admin.ch).

This website uses Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC) to measure audience in aggregate form. This tool sets cookies (_ga, _ga_*) that tell us the number of visits, the pages viewed and where visitors come from. We do not use any advertising cookies ourselves.

You can refuse or delete these cookies at any time in your browser settings, or prevent Google Analytics from collecting data by installing the opt-out browser add-on provided by Google.

We take great care to ensure the accuracy of the information published, but cannot guarantee that it is complete, accurate and up to date at all times. Series presentations, visuals and card examples are indicative only and do not constitute a contractual offer.

Heritage Cards cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from access to or use of the website, or from a temporary interruption of its operation.
